Like many of you I guess you received the RICS All Profession Update for April. The RICS seem to me a bit like the BBC: a top heavy organisation living comfortably on a protected income stream. Same old boring format – a photo of the someone or other – perhaps they should make Gary Lineker an honorary RICS member like Phil Spencer, at least I’d recognise him. A leading article on the Update is, I’m sure, a topic on everyone’s lips,
