NRM3 - A success story?
NRM3 is the final part of the NRM trilogy, released in 2016. A revision followed in 2021. Arguably, NRM3 is the least used and accepted NRM of the suite. NRM1 has been widely accepted while NRM2 is still being fiercely resisted by many in the industry and professions while the uptake of NRM3, despite the calls for more emphasis on whole life costs, remains a step too far for many.
